By Sister Nisma Patrick, True Jesus Church, Pangasaan
Hallelujah, in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I share this testimony.
On 16th March 2024, while attending the Sabbath evening service at the True Jesus Church in Pangasaan Village, I saw a vision. While in the car on the way down the hill from the junction leading to the Pangasaan church, I suddenly saw a radiant white cloud of light above the roof of the church. Within this light, I also saw a flock of brightly shining white birds, flapping their wings as they flew in the light. I was startled and exclaimed, "Wow, what is that?" My sudden question also startled Brother Marvin and his wife, but then I remained silent afterward. In my heart, I said "Hallelujah, praise the Lord," as tears unexpectedly filled my eyes.
This vision lasted throughout the journey down the hill to Pangasaan Church and ended as we reached the turn leading to the church’s parking area. When we arrived at the church doors, the service had already begun with the singing of Hymn Number 195, led by Deacon David Chong. I was deeply moved and reflected on the vision throughout the service. During the second prayer session, I knelt before the pulpit and prayed. After the service ended, I shared this vision with Mrs Deacon David, Mourin Kisus. I was profoundly touched by God’s love.
Even so, I continue to wonder about the meaning of it all. Regardless, this experience has strengthened my faith in the Lord Jesus. God is with His people as they worship Him, and He is always present in His house.
One of the verses in Hymn No. 195 states,
Up to God’s kingdom may He take me
To see His glorious promised land
Those who dwell there are ever happy
They rejoice and pass the day in song
Hark, the song of the saints in His kingdom
Praising God for His triumph o’er sin,
Golden harps before Him they are playing
As they into His peace enter in.
May all glory be given unto the name of Almighty and Holy God.
