As there was an urgent need to provide relief and assistance to a few families of Inanam Church who were affected by the flood on 30 June 2024. Flood affected families were comforted by the generosity, love, and time shown by fellow members during this challenging period.

Impact of flood : Many of their valuables and basic necessities were damaged and/or destroyed.

Actions :

• Church youths were mobilized to help to clear debris and damaged belongings from homes of affected families;
• Clean bottled drinking water were supplied as there were clean water supply issues;
• Many church members responded to a call from Kota Kinabalu Church for donations which included, but not limited to, clothing, toiletries, and kitchenware;
• Donations were sorted and distributed to affected families;
• Excess donations were sent to other needy church members through their respective preachers or deacons
